Heritage Club Ltd. 2020 AGM (postponed version)
Welcome to the pre-voting page for the Heritage Club Ltd. AGM 2020. As you know, the original date for the AGM was back in October 2020. This had to be postponed because of the Covid-19 situation.
Due to the pandemic still being an ongoing situation, the Directors have decided to hold, as best we can, a virtual AGM meeting utilising Zoom (for voice and video) and the following webpage, in order to count each member’s votes.
For the best possible experience it would be advisable to have a webcam connected to your PC for the virtual Zoom meeting. Failing that, you could use a modern tablet or smart phone.
Please follow the instructions below (in order) to proceed.
Instructions
Step 1.
In order to vote, you are required to have a Google or Gmail login. This is so that we can minimise fraud and allow only one vote per member.
Step 2.
If you already have a Google or Gmail account please log into it now BEFORE clicking on the voting page button.

If you do not have a Google or Gmail account please register for one by clicking the image or here. On the new page that will open, click CREATE ACCOUNT where the pink arrow indicates.
Once you have a working Google account please come back to this page.
Step 3.
You will need to click the following link in order to open up the Zoom meeting.

It would be advisable to view the Zoom meeting on your PC or tablet AND then use your smartphone for voting (step 4).
Step 4.
Once you click the button below you will be required to enter the password for the AGM voting page. This will be given to you at the start of the 2020 AGM meeting by the Chairperson via the Zoom meeting (step 3).
