Sauna and Steam facilities

Our purpose built sauna and steam building is the highlight of any visit to the club. The building is essentially split into four areas:

• The seating areas allows for the all important social chat between sessions. The comfy seats and warm, cosy atmosphere are fantastic for having a chat with your friends between sessions in the sauna or steam room.
• The sauna of course is the important area (along with the steam). Able to comfortably hold 12 adults, it is plenty big enough to sweat out those aches, pains and gripes whilst in the company of your friends at Heritage. The brand new facilities are comfortable and well laid out to ensure maximum use.
• The steam room is of course the other important area. Able to hold 6 people you can sit and chat while relaxing in the steam.
• Finally of course is the shower area.

Just outside the sauna and steam block we have our new jacuzzi, so between sessions in the sauna and steam you can go and relax in the bubbles!

Remember of course, we also hold weekly sauna and steam sessions every Wednesday evening. Come along and enjoy the great company of the regular crowd!

How much does it cost?

We ask members and visitors who use the sauna or steam room to make a voluntary contribution towards the running costs. As a rough guide, £1 per person is usually a good amount.
