Important Information
Heritage Members can make bookings from 1st February. Non-members can make booking from 1st March. Our camping season starts Easter Weekend or April 1st which ever is soonest, and finishes 31st October.
Receipt of your booking form and deposit does not guarantee the booking. Please check availability first by looking at the Camping Diary.
Your booking will be put on the system as soon as possible. We will only contact you regarding your booking if there is a problem with either the dates of your stay or your preferred pitch. Booking confirmation can be seen on the Camping Diary.
We work a first come first served policy on camping bookings and reserve the right to change your pitch without notice to suit the running of the club. We will of course try our best to meet all of your requirements.
We operate a 48 hour attendance ruling, and any nights unoccupied in your tent/caravan/campervan must be paid for as normal.
Four weeks written notice is required for cancelled bookings. Booking refunds are made at the discretion of the camping committee. The club does NOT permit any pets or dogs on site except registered assistance dogs.
Please remember the camping team are all volunteers and enjoy relaxing in the sun when its out, so please understand if your enquiries cannot always be dealt with immediately.
